Our light and airy home has been completely remodeled for 2024 including new floors, paint, cabinets, mattresses, furniture and more.

Just three blocks from our home, the Timpoochee Trail is a 19-mile paved bike path that stretches along 30A, allowing you to explore South Walton’s unique beach towns at your leisure. Conveniently, Big Daddy’s bike shop is just a 7-minute walk away, offering bike delivery and pickup services. Arrange for your bikes, and they'll have them waiting at our home when you arrive, making it easy to embark on your biking adventures right from our doorstep!

Blue Mountain Beach is a golf cart-friendly area, allowing you to easily cruise to many of the beach access points, local restaurants, and shops nearby. We recommend Blue Mountain Beach Golf Cart Rentals for your convenience. They offer free drop-off and pick-up services right to our home, making it effortless to explore the area and enjoy all that Blue Mountain Beach has to offer!

BY CANOE, KAYAK OR PADDLEBOARD

Grayton Beach State Park is renowned for its three Coastal Dune Lakes, a natural wonder found in only a few other places in the world. These mesmerizing dune lakes are surrounded by lush vegetation and exude a serene, peaceful vibe, attracting outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Visitors can rent canoes and kayaks through the ranger station, and we recommend calling ahead to reserve. Additionally, paddleboards are available for rent at many of the local rental shops nearby, offering another fun way to explore the beauty of the dune lakes.

BY SHOPPING AND DINING

Nestled on a quiet street, our home is just steps away from many local restaurants and shops. We are a short walk to Mimmo’s 30A, Blue Mountain Blue Mountain Bakery, Blue Mountain Creamery, Red Fish Taco, Cowgirl Kitchen and more! About 15 minutes to the east along 30A, you'll discover the idyllic town of Seaside. Renowned for its charming atmosphere, Seaside offers some of the best shopping in the area, along with a plethora of restaurants and food truck options to indulge in. Head west for 15 minutes, and you'll find yourself in Miramar, which has a variety of shopping and dining options as well.

- We provide a starter set of essentials for guests, trash bags, toilet, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap.

- Guests must be a minimum of 25 to sign our rental agreement. The signor also has to stay at our property for the duration of the reservation.
